Hello!
Please don't flog me. I beg of you!
I am due any day now with our first little one. And am trying to stock the freezer just as fast as I can.
I have a Costco-size box of Bisquick, and would love to make some pancakes, muffins and such for the freezer. But I must admit, I have NO IDEA what to do. Yes...I can MAKE the pancakes and waffles.
But is there anything special I need to do to FREEZE them? For those who will admit to using Bisquick, do you have any favorite combinations that may appeal to a new mama and papa?
Also, are there any quick Bisquick "snacks" that I can make to have on-hand for the Midwife and the crowd that is planning to gather at my house? (It was just supposed to be us...now...well, that's a different post for a different forum)
Thank you!
Mrs B
