Well it's more along the lines of

Since I"m pg, and TRYING to follow Dr Brewer's diet...

Does two slices of French toast (made with 12 whole grain bread) count as 2 eggs if I make it like

2 eggs
1tbsp milk
vanilla
nutmeg
cinnamon

all beaten up. Then making sure both pieces of bread soak up the egg mixture?

Does that really count as 2 eggs? or is it a carb option?

I'm confused because I'm not much of an *egg* person, and I really REALLY like my french toast

and yes I use %100 maple syrup on my toast..I know bad bad bad..but sooo yummeh!

weird, because I'm able to get it to soak up all the liquid...and when it's all cooked it's like pancakes inside. Could it be the bread you're using? Too thick mabe....Mine's just the normal sliced bread..
