I hate to admit it, but I need help or else I'm going to turn to disposables.

After five months of changing ds' diaper five to ten times a night, I'm exhausted, and am ready to buy new dipes for nighttime use. The questions are what and who from (keeping in mind that I'm in Canada and will only buy from a domestic supplier).

We currently use pre-folds with a liner. The issue is not limited to leaking -- it's the feeling of a wet diaper -- no matter how minimally wet -- for ds. It drives him crazy and wakes him up immediately.

So, hyenas, what should I do?

Aw gee.
my ds is also EXTREMELY sensitive to being wet...but he's getting over it, thank you LORD!
Most fleece lined diapers don't work for him as far as keeping him feeling dry. His Nightlight does though...now it's just finding a wool cover that doesn't drive him nuts (can't stand wool touching his skin).
I believe that you could get a nice Windpro AIO from www.bumsadaisy.com...they might do the trick. Dara lives in KW.

FB was the only thing I had in mind, but thought that I would check in with the experts first.

What is it about an FB that makes it a good nighttime diaper?

a) you can stuff the heck out of it, making it absorb as much as your heavy wetter can wet.
b) it is lined with fleece so it wicks wetness away from baby keeping him fairly dry.

Is it a problem finding clothes that will fit with a heavily stuffed FB? My son is long-torsoed, and it's tough finding clothes that fit him as it is.

p.s. I'm in contact with Dara. I can't believe I'm entering hyena-land!
