one of my fav sandwiches is rare roast beef, season salt, horseradish cream (sometimes good horseradish cheddar instead), and sliced cucumbers on buttered sourdough toast.
let's see, there's kentucky's benedictine spread (cream cheese, cuke juice, etc), and the tea sandwich of thinly sliced on thin crustless buttered white bread...
i like to put fresh sliced cukes in the leftover pickle juice; fresh 'pickles', yum.
