Hey, good attitude, keep up the good work! It`s just wonderful when you see people with such great will. I am really impressed. I`ve been using this great diet and fitness planner that I found at <a href="http://www.projectweightloss.com/" target="_blank">http://www.projectweightloss.com/</a>. I`ve been a member there for a few months and I can say it is very detailed, has lotsa, lotsa foods and there wasn`t one type of food that I haven`t found it there. You made a good choice, the diet planner is a great way to be organized and watch your calorie intake. You also find there nice weight charts that show you when you`re over/under the calorie limit you need to stick to, interesting articles, and lotsa diet ideas to choose from. You should pick the diet that suits you best, not something you hear about from others. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up">
