I would like to make a thick yogurt (as firm as possible) with fruit and a bit of sugar. There's a yogurt out there that comes pretty close (I can't think of the name - Mountain something?) but it's hard to find around here. The key things are that it's fairly firm and only lightly sweetened - without HFCS!!<br><br>
Most recipes suggest adding stuff after the yogurt is formed, but that means stirring it and ruining the consistency. I'm going to try one of the simple machine-less recipes, and I just wondered if there is a time you could blend in pureed fruit/sugar during the process.
