Hopefully this is the right place to post thing~

This summer we planted some fruit tree's in our backyard. (Pear, Peach, Plum, and Cherry) We want to fertilize however would like something organic or something natural without pestisides. Does anyone know of any products or tips for keeping up fruit trees?

Thanks!

The best thing I know of for keeping pests off during the summer months (and help keep the fruit from having too many problems with temperature extremes) is a clay mixture that can be sprayed on using a simple garden or orchard spray. It's not bad for the enviroment or us, keeps the bugs off, and can be scrubbed off easily for nice clean fruit. I think I saw it for sale in the Stark's catalog recently, but I could be getting my catalogs mixed up. You can also possibly ask about it at your local nursery. Some know about it and some don't, but it's always worth asking about.
