Introducing solid foods to babies is the adventurous part of mommies. And it is a big step for food the babies too. Many pediatrics recommends to breastfeed the babies until one year. Most of the babies are ready to eat solid foods as a complement to breastfeeding during 5-6 months. Fruits are the most recommended items to start while introducing solids to the baby. Fruits are easily digested by the babies delicate system.
Some of the best fruits for babies solid food diet are
An Apple a Day
Apple is the best fruit to add to the babies' solid food. Apple contains vitamins, dietary fiber, nutrients that develop the immune system and keep the bones strong. It also contains the fiber which promotes good bacteria in the babies.
Mango – the king of fruits
Mangoes are the rich source of vitamin K, A and also digestive enzymes. Mangoes help to build strong eyesight in babies, improves brain development and strengthen the immune system. It is a natural source of sugar and energy.
Bananas – the daily dose of energy
Bananas are the easily available nutritious fruit to feed the babies. As they are fuss free and most popular of fruits. Banansa is rich in fiber, potassium, vitamin C & B6. These nutrients are essential for a healthy heart and nervous system.
Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits like orange, grapefruit, lime and lemon are excellent sources of vitamin C. It also contains vitamin B, potassium, magnesium which helps to improve the immune system and eyesight.

Babies need vitamins, minerals, calcium in a right quantity, give purees made up of fruits like apple, banana, mango, pear, and vegetables purees made up of spinach, sweet potato, tomato, pumpkin, tomato, green peas, beetroot it will help in the growth of your baby, also give porridges made up of ragi. Give fruits and vegetables purees as it can help in providing all the essential vitamins and minerals to your baby.

there are many brands out there which provides baby food which have all the these essential fruits mainly the fruits include apple, mango, banana, sweet potato, pears, spinach etc. and these are easily available in amazon, first cry etc. other than fruits there are various fruits various other nutrients like oats, ragi, multigrain are also very important
