I bought this 100% rayon dress earlier this spring, but have finally come to terms that it doesn't fit. It's made in India. Kind of a copper/brown color. I have another dress similar to this that actually fits and it's incredibly cool and comfortable. I'm guessing at the size here. I bought it as a one-size fits all type of deal and apparently I'm too short. I'm 5'4". The length is great (just above my knee), but the shoulder straps are too long and I don't sew! I paid $15.99 for it. I'd like $12ppd. Funded paypal only, no cc's.
