Hello all!
So I am taking Flax Seed Oil (1000mg) and Evening Primrose Oil (500mg) every day, but, truth be told, I am not really sure how much I should be taking. The doc I am stuck with doesn't seem too knowledgeable on the subject, so I haven't gotten an answer back from him.
Anyone have any imput?
The FSO bottle suggests 1000-3000mg daily, and the EPO suggests 1500-3000mg daily, but I don't know what would be best during pregnancy. Any info is appreciated!

Both are excellent, though both are associated with getting ready for birth. I know 5000mg of EFA oils per day help non pregnant people get maximum benefits of them, for example that's what it takes to even out my father's mood and energy levels. If you're term already then nothing wrong with going with a combined total of about 5000.
