The clock's a-ticking, the baby's coming, and I'm a cleaning whirlwind! Here are some of the "I love these but don't have room for them" items I came across. My loss is your gain! All items from a smoke-free home. (More to follow.)

1. Black leather Franco Sarto Mary Jane pumps, lined in red. Sz 8.5. I wore these only once, to a job interview, and they are incredibly comfortable, stable, and easy to walk in. 2 1/2" heel, look like new. $14 ppd. SOLD
2. Banana Republic tan slides, perfect for summer. Sz 8. I wore these one time, to a wedding, and they stayed put and were extremely comfortable. 2" heel. Top looks like new, bottom shows light wear under ball of foot. $12 ppd.SOLD
3. Simple sandals, black. Sz 8. VERY comfortable and all-purpose--I just have more shoes than I need! I've only worn them a couple times--they each have a *very* slight scuff mark at the ball of the foot, but it looks like it would polish right off. $13 ppd.
4. Black silk beaded wrap. Approx. 10 1/2" x 62". I paid way too much for this beautiful wrap--it's opaque black silk with flower beaded pattern and 4" beaded danglies at the end. Worn twice. NOTE: I lent it to a friend (the second time it was worn), and she managed to break off 2 of the danglies--for anyone who beads, it would be a piece of cake to replace them. Drapes beautifully, very elegant. $9 ppd.
5. Title Nine Sports/Overland sports bag, retailed originally for $70. This was a "good intentions" purchase that was used roughly a dozen times only. Great condition! Dark green and purple, messenger style, with sturdy zippers. Main compartment measures approx. 17" wide x 6" deep x 13" high. Two front pockets are approx. 3" deep, and perfect for odds and ends or sneakers. Back pocket runs length of bag. Shoulder strap is adjustable, and pad is flexible and "wooly" for non-slip. (This is the older Overland design--now they have a plastic-y pad I don't like as much). Great for gym, overnight trips, or hip diaper bag. $15 ppd.
6. Babystyle Maternity "Third Trimester Pants". Worn once, washed once. I got two pairs of their pants and one pair of their capris early in my pregnancy, and, um, forgot to account for my growing tush.

PLEASE NOTE!: These are all size S, but I think they fit like size XS. They seem to have washed up differently, as well. Check the measurements! They are AMAZING pants--the one time I got to wear each pair, the most comfortable, versatile pair of maternity pants I've found. The waist is "domed" a little as you can see in the picture, to fit nicely over a growing belly. Perfect for fall! These retailed for $56 each, and are sold out!

KHAKI PANTS: Laid flat, unstretched, measure 15" across the very top of the waist, 17 1/2" at the hips, with a 28" inseam.
BLACK PANTS:Laid flat, unstretched, measure 16" across the very top of the waist, 19" at the hips, with a 31" inseam.
KHAKI CAPRIS: Laid flat, unstretched, measure 16" across the very top of the waist, 18 1/2" at the hips, with a 27.5" inseam. Capris also have a very tailored cargo pocket on one leg.
