Our compost bin is full, but it isn't turned into compost yet. What are we supposed to do now?

build a new one!

it should start to shrink down and you have the option to add the new stuff on top or you could start another one so that you always have an extra spot to start once one gets full.

You could do the trench composting method also where you bury the compost in a row

Well, you could check to see at the bottom whether there's any finished compost you could use in the garden now.

Otherwise I'd turn the heck out of it, make sure you've got browns in there and not just greens, and turn it on a regular basis so that it heats up and really gets cooking.

If you can, I'd start a new compost pile and let this one finish off.
