Hi there! We are heading to Columbus tomorrow (Wednesday) for two-and-a-half days. We're planning to hit the zoo on Friday, but need something to do on Thursday. Any suggestions? My son is three and very adventurous.

I think it's supposed to rain, so probably something indoors...

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

Melissa

I haven't been in probably 20 years (maybe longer), but COSI. It's indoors. I'm sure others will chime in. I'm not sure if there's much for someone his age, but it was one of my favorite places to go as a kid, as well as the zoo.

Innis Woods metro park in Westerville, has a "children's garden". My son likes exploring there. They also have a wooded path through the woods which winds by a frog pond too!

Graeter's icecream(so yummy!) on Bethel Rd. has an indoor play area which is good on rainy days.

I second COSI too!

Pick up a copy of the Alive or Other Paper(both come out today). They list kid stuff too.

Westerville Community Center has an indoor pool, with water slides, "lazy river", etc. They also have an indoor playground. Phone number is : 614-901-6500.

Good luck and enjoy!
