Unfortunately we can't play this here, but I thought I'd pass it along because it's fun.

I was listening to Rosie O'Donnell on XM the other day and she was playing this word game with some people in the studio. Here's how it works:

1) You and another person say a word, any word, at the same time.

2) You both think of a word that goes with both of the words that were said. It just has to go with them in your mind; there's no wrong answer. Again, at the same time, you both say your new word.

3) You continue until you both say the same word. You can never say a word that's already been used or a derivative of a word that's already been used (so, if someone said breathe, you couldn't say breath).

So, for example, Rosie and her friend said "balloon" and "trachea" as their starter words, then they said something like "air" and "blow," then "lungs" and "breathe," then they both said asthma (or something like that, I can't remember exactly). It's fun! My 5yo DS and I played it during lunch the other day and had a good time -- we even got to the same word twice!
