I just got a Fuzbomb and got it w/ aplix so it would be more adjustable. So far I love how it fits w/ a trifolded prefold(that was the main reason I got it)The only thing I don't like is that it isn't too pleasing to the eye w/ the big piece of white Aplix across the front. How about everyone else?

I have a ton of Fuzbombs in snaps, and while I still love them, I prefer the aplix ones better. I tried my first aplix Fuzbomb a couple months ago, and I LOVE it!!
To me, having a cover that fits the best outweighs the physical appearance.

I get all my Fuz w/ Aplix. I like the adjustability much better. I also didn't care for the way the male snaps were on the body of the diaper instead of the wings. Bret had a WIO cover like that and it would roll into his tummy and the male snaps would poke him... I took them off and sewed Aplix on.

I just wanted to add something. I contacted the fuzmama (LOL) and they will add more snaps at just the cost of mailing, so I'm sending our fuzbomb back across the continent for adjustment. You can also order them new this way, just mark it '2 settings.'

I decided after struggling with it today where one snap is too tight and the next is too loose, but there's a big space between them that this was the way to go.

I just have 2 with snaps and while the adjustability of the aplix would be nice, Lily thinks it's her personal duty to remove any and all aplix diapers and covers from her body as soon as possible, so snaps work much better for her.

How did your Fuzbomb handle the snaps to aplix transformation? I'm thinking about doing that to a couple of my covers. Did the snap holes run any?? TIA!
Stephanie~ It did fine.
There were holes where the snaps were, but after I washed the cover the holes closed up and you cannot even tell the snaps were ever on there. I'm sure some of the fibers of the wool were damaged from the snaps, but like I said, it has not been an issue. I took the snaps out months and months ago, and no problems whatsoever.

HTH~
