What is the best "filler" to use with FBs? A few friends have passed their diapers on to me and they've all given me strange suggestions on what to put inside. 2 of the friends never used the diapers, so I've disqualified their advice.., but the one who did use them suggested Happy Heiny microfleece.

Anyone w/experience want to confuse me a little more?

microfiber, hemp, prefolds etc. Mine all came with inserts and that's what I used. I have since sold all my pockets, so I don't have more extensive advice.

They come with microfiber new, and that works well. Hemp holds more liquid, but absorbs slower. Prefolds are cheap and the easiest to wash. (Some people have problems with their inserts stinking) They are also the least trim.

We just use the microfiber they come with, as we only use them for day. People get very creative stuffing them for nights... No one thing will work for every family.

Ive used everythign from prefolds, microfiber inserts, joeybunz (sp?) and even kissaluvs contours (sounds funny but they fit perfect in the medium/large FB's)....I prefer the prefolds and kissaluvs contours for night times and the inserts for day time.

I've used lots of stuffers, but generally I use microfiber for daytime and microfiber over hemp fleece (like a Happy Heinys Stuffin) for nighttime.

my fav are the thirsties hemp/terry cloth. they soak up a ton of wetness and are a nice contoured shape. caution that they do shrink, so if you have med or lg fb, definitely get the lg size.

i prefer to use an infant-sized prefold in size small fuzzi bunz. i've had leaks w/ micro fleece. the hemp is ok.

I use Rainforest Babies contoured hemp liners and I think they work great, but I've never tried the fleece ones that generally come with Fuzzi Bunz. I am trying to figure out why FBs weren't mentioned in the CD issue?
