SO I was perusing around on Ebay and I saw someone seeling Fuzzi Bunz on auction for at least $2 less than required list price!!!!!!!!!

She has a ton of auctions on there!! When I go to buy my FBs there are only 2 or 3 colors in stock and then I go look on ebay and there they all are, being sold at prices I'm not allowed to offer???

Whe I signed up as a retailer, I agreed never to do that, so obviously this person isn't legit/following the agreement, but still I am so MAD. All I could get were red and blue FB this order and there are all the colors I wanted on Ebay....

So I rattled off this letter to the seller:

Selling new fuzzi bunz is totally against the fuzzi bunz policy. You should not
be selling these on ebay at all. I am reporting you to Fuzzi Bunz now, and
hopefully, for the sake of all the WAHMs who legitimately sell them and are
having a hard time getting the colors instock, your retailer status will be
revoked.

Please take these down and build yourself a website like the rest of us do.

Okay, okay so I was really mad and it is 3 in the morning! So then I rattled this off to Tereson:

Hi Tereson,
When I became a Fuzzi Bunz retailer, I agreed not to sell Fuzzi Bunz on Ebay for less than the list price. I see some retailers listing Fuzzi Bunz as Buy It Now at the list price with no real way to bid, which is obviously okay. There are two retailers who are auctioning off Colored Fuzzi Bunz at prices starting at $9.95. I just recently made an order that would have been larger were there more colors in stock. To turn around the next day and see tons of them on Ebay being sold through these retailers is a slap in the face. I sell Fuzzi Bunz at their list price and never cheaper. I follow the rules and I expect them to be enforced. I don't want to cause a big stink or freak out on you, but if I keep seeing these on Ebay, I will have to stop carrying Fuzzi Bunz. How can I compete, when the colors are bought up quickly so that I can't even purchase them, and then sold at prices I can't offer? I have listed below the links to as many sellers as I could find that were obviously illegitimate. They each have multiple auctions for low priced, brand new Fuzzi Bunz. They are even advertising as work at home moms. I have also contacted the sellers. Please do whatever you can to keep this from happening. I really do like to carry Fuzzi Bunz, but if they don't sell because they are cheaper elsewhere, I really can't. I know you understand, that's why you have these rules in place. I would appreciate notification when the colors are restocked if possible. Thank you very much for your concern in this matter.

Love & blessings,
Lauren Smith

I am steamed. I think I should get first crack at the next stocking of colors!! ARGH!

Any other FBs retailers hanging out in the WAHM Well? Please email [email protected] if you are remotely as POed as I am. Thanks.

I'm signed up to retail them but haven't made my first order yet. You know, I just keep hearing so many problems about them that I'm not sure I want to deal with them.

I am not a fuzzi dealer but I would be upset to if I was. It's definitly wrong what someone does another should be able to also.
But before I email the retailer I would ask the seller about it. No telling what she may say maybe she' really doesn't know it's not allowed or maybe she has permission to. You never know.

The Fuzzi Bunz instock store sells them for about $2.00 less as well. Or at least they were last time I checked. It's hard to find the store via search engine though. However I did find it when I did a froogle search. I wasn't too pleased to find this. Makes me want to not carry the products either.

I don't carry FBs, but I know a couple mommas who do. They've had terrible expiriences with them as well. Different reasons though.

edited to add:

I don't think you were wrong for emailing Tereson, at all. She needs to know what's up, and even if she did give this person permission she should know that it's upsetting other people.

Wow, have you gotten a reply from the seller or Tereson? That's an MDC mama too, did you know that? I won't say who though, to protect her. Maybe she just didn't realize it was against the rules.

I am still waiting on my first shipment of MOE products. I couldn't get any colors either, except for baby pink and baby blue. *sigh*

Man, no wonder I'm not selling any FB. : I haven't even considered carying the colors because MOE doesn't have them in stock consistantly, so if I get backordered I can't guarantee that I'll be able to get them in to fill the order and I hate doing business like that. If I can't keep a ton in stock AND get more in a hurry just in case I don't carry it. It would be fun to have colors though. Oh well.

Oh no! Now I feel bad for being so mean! Tell your friend to pm me or email me, I won't be mad. I haven't heard back from tereson. I am going to send one more letter and then I am going to close my retail account and clearance out FBs. Then I will carry HHs. I am just sick of dealing with all the drama with FB. It is just lame at this point.

Yeah, and the whole colors thing is so lame too. They should all be instock all the time, obviously people are buying them. They have been in business long enough to know which get ordered. I am seriously so irritated.

Okay, I was WRONG! That ebay name is VERY similar to someone's ebay name on MDC, but it is NOT the same person. So, don't feel bad. I just started my business and I currently sell HHs and FBs, but I am not officially open yet. I'll be curious to see how each of them do. But, I will agree, so far, that Linda at HH has been a dream to do business with!!!

This is of course, JMO, but I would never do business with FBs again. I would never sell them or buy them. I've heard nothing but negative things about the way they do business. But of course, that's just my opinion.

That means a lot to me. I am really disappointed with their service. You know, I am pretty much decided that I will leave them.

I am not sure how a company can be responsible for what an independent new retailer does. If we are made aware of a situation that is a problem we take every action to fix it.

If you would like to call Charlene who does our customer service and let her know how dissatisfied you are with our service I am sure she would be glad to have your feedback.

Her number is 1-866-DRY-BABY and her email is [email protected] I know she is always striving to do better so she would appreciate the feedback and I know as concerned people you would want to help us be aware of any problems that WE may not be aware of so feedback would be appreciated.

Okay, I know I will be accused of being fickle, but I have gotten a very customer service oriented letter from Tereson. I think I will stay with FB as a retailer, but I had already planned on carrying HH anyway, so I will proceed with that.

I am glad that I got the email and I feel like it is an olive branch. I will take it, but I feel like I need to be very honest about my concerns, kwim? Anyway, forgiven but not forgotten, I think.
