I had mine out about 13 yrs ago, laser surgery. It was a breeze, and Ive never had complications since. Ive read here about other options of cleansing and such, but at the time I was going to lose my health benefits soon, and wanted the whole thing taken care of while I could afford it. The surgeon gave me a copy of the surgery afterwards, since they use a camera to locate everything inside. I watched it years later, very fascinating. I dont regret having it done.......I was in alot of pain because of it......
