I have a ganglian cyst on my wrist that is causing me pain. It has come and gone now for a couple of years. But I'm getting rather tired of it. I heard many different philosophies about what to do. Anyone had any success with something they have done to get rid of it? I don't want to try the "bible" technique. I'm afraid I might do more damage than good. Thoughts? It hurts to even type and carry things, fold laundry, do dishes, etc.

I had a terribly painful one about 10 years ago. I eventually saw some type of specialist for it. If I remember correctly, they basically just went in and cut it out. It did eventually come back (about 2 yrs ago), but it is not nearly as big or as painful - not even in the same ballpark.

Hope you get some relief soon!
