My first never had any problems with this so I just ate whatever, whenever. This little guy is only 2 weeks old but he really seems too be struggling with painful gas and I want to do whatever I can to reduce his discomfort.<br><br>
Is there a general rule of thumb for what foods I should be avoiding and which I should be emphasizing?<br><br>
To be clear, I'm talking about my own diet, not his. He's just on breast mlk. Thanks in advance!

I wish I knew of a quick list, but all the foods that would give you gas, so broccili, bean, onions, cabbage etc. all bad. Good news is that as baby gets bigger it shouldnt' be such a big issue.
