I love the taste of grilled veggies, but since we are vegetarian we don't have any type of outdoor grill (and we live in a cold climate).
I was wondering if it would be worth it to get a Foreman grill just to make grilled veggies? It would be nice to have a simple way to make grilled veggies year round. I have always heard good things about these grills but only from meat-eaters. How are these at grilling veggies? Just wondering if it would be worth a purhase even if I don't use it for meat.
Any input would be appreciated.
