I have a whacky contest on the blog. Enter and I'll post to your site. The blog has no PR right now but it's a month old and the main site has only existed since late October. It's a PR 2. Traffic is good. Alexa rank is about 290,000 and I have an opt in list of 1,000 people. So you could get some traffic (especially if your entry is really funny), but no short-term bump in PR.

I think this message is allowed here because it is a variant on a link exchange post. I also have no revenue streams on the website.
