My older son (three in June) has this Fun New Game of being a total bully to my younger son (6 months). I am sure this is a common problem but OMG I am so frustrated and fed up with it and I need some help!

Every time the baby is not in my arms/on my back/in an unreachable area, my older son is RIGHT THERE next to the baby- which would be fine (yay for sibling interaction!) if he wasn't SO rough with him. He can be gentle and sweet at times, but most of the time he is stealing his toys, squeezing his hands, laying on TOP of him, kicking him, etc. He isn't getting "carried away"- he knows he is being too rough. If I ask him to stop, he just lays there continuing to do whatever he's doing with an infuriating smile on his face. I wind up yelling at him which I HATE, but OMG I get so angry!

What do I doooo? I don't like the idea of time outs, and I don't think they'd work anyway. It's getting to the point where I can't even go to the freaking bathroom without the big one making the small one cry.

I need advice on this too! I could have written your post. We have a dd who is three in July and an 8 month old ds. She sounds just like your son. I don't know how to convey to her not to be so rough, nothing seems to be working.
Anyway, I'm hoping some other mommas have advice...
