Lately I've been finding that I'm in need of more fiber in my diet. Any suggestions on sneaking more in? I generally eat foods made with whole grains and try to have a salad each day. When I have granola and yogurt I also add in some ground flax seeds. Any other ideas?

to increase fiber
You can get a bottle of wheat germ in any cereal section of the store and add it to cereal or yogurt. I like it w/ vanilla yogurt & fresh fruit
buy 100% stone ground whole wheat bread, check the fiber content, it should have at least 3gm fiber per slice to be worth it
cereals w/ high fiber content, shredded w/ frosting
, Kashi has some high fiber cereals, barbaras bakery also and cascadian farms
raison bran
