We're moving this month (little by little) and are hoping move a bunch of boxes/bins this weekend. Of course, in order for that to be possible, I've got to start packing and getting rid of things we don't need. It is a bit tricky when my toddler is awake, but during his nap I find myself able to find any other thing to do/read/look at rather than pack. It is funny because I can't wait to move, I'm so happy to move, but I just look around at all the piles to sort through and pack and come on here and read about decluttering instead

How do I give myself a good shove to just jump in and do it?

oh, and to add, I'm great at planning to get it done. I know I need to go through my clothes and make up a bag of clothes to donate (which will be most of them except maternity since my clothes didn't really fit BEFORE I got pregnant), pack to save all of DS clothes that he's outgrown, pack up all my doula supplies since I'm on maternity leave now, etc

Start somewhere easy, just to get a start. Even if you skim over the whole house and don't really notice the difference, you can just wander around looking for things that you won't need over the next few weeks, like christmas decorations, old clothes that you're keeping.
