Does anyone have a good recipe for a gluten free granola? You can buy it in stores but the sugar level is through the roof so I would rather make my own. DD really likes granola and I eat it on my yogurt but I need one without all the sugar and that is gluten free. Any suggestions? TIA

i bought it once in the store and my kids hated it, so i never bothered looking for a recipe online. maybe i should though and see if they like home-made better.. cuz i love me some granola.

You can get gluten-free rolled oats and make granola with that, no other substitutions required.

just make extra sure you buy oats that are not processed at a plant that processes wheat. it is VERY easy to cross contaminate.

Assuming you can handle the protein in oats, which some with gluten issues cannot.
