I really would love to take this course, but I think I will wait and take it the next time she offers it. But it looks GREAT. And I have had good luck with recipes from her website, I'm practically craving salads because I love the creamy dressing I made (just tweaking her recipe a bit b/c I didn't have all the same spices she did, but it still turned out great.)
