Hi,
What has everyone seen as the best to boost their supply? I was thinking goats rue, but heard about the mothers milk, more milk, and special blend. Anyone have a favorite or seen better results with one or the other??

Most start with MM+. Goat's Rue is usually added for special circumstances and special blend is a blend of both which moms have said is not as effective as taking both separately.

I used more milk plus with DS when I relactated. I had good results. I used one bottle this time but am not sure how it worked because I'm not pumping.

I can't take goats rue at all as I am allergic or something. It makes me sick. Sucks for me because I have suspected IGT and goats rue is supposed to work wonderfully for that.
