i was just doing a search for milk supply herbs safe during pregnancy. i went to Mother Love site and found Goat's Rue. it has no warning and is not listed as unsafe during pregnancy anywhere i can find but it doesn't say it's okay either. i gave Mother Love a call and am waiting for a response. until then, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

so Goats Rue is a big NOOOOOO but Mother Love does have a product called More Milk Two which is for pregnant and breastfeeding mommas. right now i'm going to try raspberry leaf tea and see how that goes.

I'm glad you posted that. I had awful supply issues with dd and really want to do as much during this pregnancy as I can to keeep those issues from recurring. Looks like the goat's rue is out, though. I think I need to find an LLL chapter locally and start going NOW.
