Ds is over a year and I will be introducing some kind of milk in the next few months (before I go back to work in Sept). I'm leaning towards goat's milk but I'm not sure why, I am just getting ready to start looking into it and thought I would start here.<br>
What can you tell me? Is one better than the other?

Goats milk has smaller fat globules than cows milk, so its easier to digest. Even alot of people who are allergic to cows milk can tolerate goats milk. And any raw milk has more vitamins plus the necessary enzymes for digestion. Then think about the hormones/steroids problem in commercial milks...
