I have a 33 month old who was only a good sleeper from 10 weeks to 4 months
We determined much of her sleep disterances were food related, but she is also a big comfort nurser, nursing a lot in the day.

She went down to 2-3 wakings/night once we did better with food issues. Recently, we moved her from her crib in our room to our bed hoping it would help to get down to no wakings. It stayed the same and I didnt' have to get out of bed, so I was happy with the situation.

About 5 days ago, she stopped her naps. She goes to bed at about 7-7:30 and sleeps until 7-8am, but she wakes up more frequently than ever. Up after 2-3 hours of sleep and then sometime every hour after that.

Is this normal when they get rid of a nap? There may be some food things going on, but was wondering if it was just the change that could do it. Any thoughts?
