anyone done it? I have been 100% raw before and loved it. Only stopped because my family wasn't willing to come along for the ride and I got tired of making 2 meals 3X a day! When you only eat whole foods that is a lot of work. Anyway, just gave birth (5 wks ago) to our 4th child. I gained a bit more weight (45 lbs) than I usually do. I am very unhappy wearing maternity clothing. I can't even get my jeans up over my thighs
I would like to get back on my raw diet to kick the cravings that have appeared since letting myself go totally cooked. Looking for BTDT advice..
