Sorry, no btdt advice from me.


I did want to bump your thread, though. I was interested in going raw during my 1st pregnancy and during nursing. I had been about 70% raw previously, and enjoyed that. I was worrying if it would be a problem to go raw during pregnancy/lactation due to detoxing, etc. I don't know if I'm in a place where I consider going raw today, but I am still interested. Anyone btdt?
