<p>I usually switch my diet to mostly raw over the spring and summer but keep cooking for my kids. I want some frugal yet filling ideas for nutrient rich raw foods that my kids 1.5 and 4.5 will actually eat. They both drink smoothies so breakfast is covered but other ideas are appreciated! Oh and we are vegan but eat honey so I guess we are beegan;) if that helps with suggestions...</p>
