Haven't miscarried yet, spotted until last night, now minimal bleeding and cramping. Yesterday stayed home with ds who had a stomachvirus, today he's better and I've decided to go to work. I don't want to just sit at home waiting for stuff to happen, although I'm very nervous about going to work. I work with patients all day, so it's not like I can just lock myself up in an office and catch up on paperwork. I just better not see anyone with an unwanted pregnancy or something.. Wish me luck

Yes, I'll be praying for you. I went to work on Thursday and Friday after I found out there was no heartbeat and I was spotting. Thankfully the heavy bleeding and cramping didn't start until Sunday and the m/c happened on Tuesday. Because of the long weekend I didn't have to be at work during any of it. So my only advice is that if the pain physically picks up then check yourself out of work. You don't want to be there when you are m/c and I couldn't drive during the height of my pain.

Keep your chin up, I know it's hard but work can be a welcome distraction and I'm glad your son is feeling better.
