On the heels of the inspirational movie thread, I got to thinking - have you read any awesome books for single mums?

I've checked a few out of the library, and bought a couple from Chapters. However, they all seem to be a little bitter/angry/abusive relationships...

Less about coping and moving on and forming a good co-parenting strategy than a big bitchfest about exes.

I do plenty of that on my own. :LOL

Anything you read that really touched you? Or inspired you? I'm always up for some good lit. Thanks!

The positive discipline book has been very helpful and it really talks about co-parenting and helping the kids with transitions and stuff like that.

That other magazine (don't want to get the thread pulled) is by far the best periodical about parenting out there.
