My 19 month old has a lot of health issues. He saw his neurologist on Friday and I thought it would be good to share this positive doctor story.
She actually said to take him off one of his medicines for seizures - she said the less medicine the better. And then she went on to tell me that he really just needs a lot of breastmilk...breastmilk was the best thing for him right now...and that I was doing exactly what he needs by nursing him.
Not many doctors are so pro-breastfeeding at 19 months!
