Did anyone watch this? We DVR'd it so I haven't yet, but I saw the first couple minutes that gave me the hint I needed of his outtake on raw milk (it has all the good stuff but also has bad stuff and modern pasteurization has rescued us....). I could be wrong on the actual content, but part of me doesn't want to watch it so I don't get mad!

I guess I should have watched it first...there wasn't that much in the show. He illustrates homogonization and says we only have safe milk because of pasteurization. Granted, if the big dairies sold raw milk, well, that milk would be pretty bad since it's hard to control the safe handling and sourcing of it.<br><br>
He explained the different methods of pasteurization. At least he mentioned that raw milk CAN have lots of beneficial characteristics. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/eyesroll.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="roll">
