So, last August my doctor - who I love - quit. Ds hasn't been back to the office since. I took him in for his WBV today. I was all geared up to a mama bear. I said, "My son is intact. We do not retract him and do not allow anyone else to. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, I've just heard too many horror stories." I was all ready to continue on, but she just look at me and said, "I just need to check his hips and make sure his testicles have descended." That's all she did, too. I was all worked up for nothing.

Or she thought of retracting, and by your warning, realized you wouldn't put up with it.
Its possible she knew better anyway, but better safe than sorry, right?
