ive been so stressed b/c of spotting and dehydration so i went into the er and this time they gave me an u/s. it was a transvaginal one. ive never had one of those before.<br><br>
anyways i saw my little sprout!! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love"> s/he is alive and kicking!! heart beating super fast. his/her sac is normal sized so dehydration didn't harm him/her and they even dated him/her to be a few days older than s/he is!! he said today was 8w2d and im really 7w4d.they saw were my spotting was coming from and are not veyr worried at all. one thing he said though is that my uterus may be shaped oddly (i forgot what he called it) and that maye cause pre-term labor but i didnt have any problems with dd so i dont know about all of that <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/headscratch.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="headscratch">:<br><br><br>
so yay my little sptou is doing great! now i can relax and breathe!

Yeah for big baby!!! Did he say Bicornuate uterus? It is when your uterus is heart shaped, so there is a divet at the top, basically that extends down. Most women don't realize they have it.

hmmm no that doesnt sound familiar.. ill have to ask when i go back the 20th..<br>
one otehr thing i forgot to add is that he said i have a cyst on my right ovary (which explains the pain on that side) but he said thats normal during pregnancy and keeps it going <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shrug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="shrug">

Now the cyst thing is cool! Generally, or so I've heard (my sister had this)...when you ovulate a cyst very commonly grows around the area of the corpus luteum. Most of the time they are nothing. But chances are it means you ovulated from your right ovary. You're having a right ovary baby. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

Glad your sprout is healthy and kickin'.<br><br>
Did you ever have any luck getting liquids down? Would freezing plain water (or some nice healthy juice) in popsicle forms, then licking away at them help?
