Oh you lucky!! The Kozys look absolutely gorgeous (I'm not yet fortunate enough to own one... but... someday hopefully!)! AND, yes, the true test is the sleep test. If a babe is comfortable enough to fall asleep in a carrier, you know you have a winner!!! Hooray!!

Congratulations! Which fabric and color straps did you get? Also, no pocket or pocket?

I just got an e-mail tonight that it's time to make my Kozy. I can't decide which fabric to get. I was planning to get a desert camo, but Kelley just put up the Cafe fabric. I love the corduroys as I had a Kozy with the Antique/natural straps and it was such a soft, yet lightweight fabric. I also am not sure which color straps to get. I like the look of the natural, but I'm afraid it will get dirty fast. Also, the black might collect lint. I know, so picky.

Congrats. I got mine a couple weeks ago. I was a little disappointed because the fabric didn't look the same as on the website (Baroque... it's brown, not maroon tinged like the pictures), but it's sooooo comfortable. Funny how a little design tweak can make it feel so much better than similar ABC's. Like your DS, DD2 was asleep within mintues.

Editing to add that I didn't attempt to exchange the carrier because I don't dislike the fabric... I was just a bit disappointed. It's my understanding that I could have opted to exchange it for another had I desired. I don't want to leave the wrong impression.

Oh man, I can't wait for mine to get here! : That cafe fabric is AWESOME! Mine is going to be Kaleidoscope, which is I think the same pattern, just a little brighter colors. Congratulations mama!

Thanks ladies!! I'm so excited to be using it. I got DS in the back carry this morning and washed dishes (something I normally can't due unless DH is home ) I got solid black, technically it's reversible but it's black canvas on both sides (it's the only way I'll be able to get DH to even consider using it). No pocket. When I was notified that my spot was up, there were some carriers that had been made, but ended up not being sold, "instock" I guess you could say. Kristi said that they would ship immediately, so I could have the carrier sooner than if I placed a custom order. I did that cuz I wanted the carrier so badly I am NOT disappointed in the least

Heh heh, I did that too! It was partly because I really wanted it to get here in time for a trip I am taking between Christmas and New Year's,
and partly because there was no fabric I was totally in love with available at the time (cafe would be it now, but what I got is very similar so I am good there!) The one I ended up going with totally rocks my world, I cannot wait to get it!
