Which set did you buy? I have been doing TONS of reading trying to make a decision on hs vs ps. My 12 yo nephew who goes to ps has been staying with us this week. Talking with him has made DH and I agree, without a doubt, that hs is the way to go.

That said, we also have found that Enki is the ideal hs style and curriculum for us. So, please share your insight on it when you have time!!

I'll be getting the K curriculum this fall, and slowly start working the age-appropriate aspects into our lives.

Tell us more, tell us more!! I know you're probably drowning in materials, lol~ but what is the look and feel of it all? I am soooo curious! I will probably be buying the teaching guides this summer just to dip a toe in, my dd is not quite 3.5 yet.

I am dying to know your initial impressions? Just how much stuff is there??

i'll fill you all in once i get it! i have a 6 yo, 3 yo, and 9 mo. my 6 has gone to a 1/2 day K, but based one a number of things, we are going to do K with enki until we feel like we're ready move on...

you have no idea how pumped i am!

DH and I went through the site again last night. We decided to order the overview package to view the dvd. We are 99% sure this is the right style/curriculum for us. But, we want to be sure.

Well, I got the overview package with the dvd. I have done a lot of reading about Enki, so I understood a lot of the language and information presented in the dvd. DH on the other hand has done less reading. The information in the video was not linear and jumped around a lot, and it left DH very confused. So, we went through the printed materials together again for a little more comprehension. DH says he is on board with whatever I pick, but I can tell he is more reserved now. He has to see it in action.

I have the DVD and materials as well. I've seen it, but haven't showed it to dh yet. I did watch it with my mom. I'm going to have to rewatch it because I didn't find it to jump around.
