How did going grain free make you feel? has it improved your health at all?

Do you have to cut out oats too? We really enjoy oatmeal and have read how beneficial oats are for certain nutrients.

Also, why did you decide to try grain free in the first place?

My DH and I are trying to go grain free, so I don't have any answers for you. I mostly just want to see what other people have to say. We are doing it in hopes of losing a bit of weight and to see if it gives us more energy.
