Great PDX event Sunday 4/9 to raise money for kid's cancer

Hey everybody, we just found out about this awesome event where people shave their heads to raise money for children's cancer research. My husband is going to be one of the shavees! Too bad we are just now starting as we probably won't raise much, but his hair is long enough to donate to Locks of Love on top of it. Kids are WELCOME for the event and there will be face painting and other activities.

If I didn't already have barely an inch of hair, I would SO shave my head for that.

Your husband is a cutie. Mike used to have long hair back in the day, long before me ... *sigh* don't think he's goin' bald anytime soon though.

argh just when i decide to grow my hair out, AND get the itch to go bald, something great like this comes up... hrm.

You can't even see him in that pic!

But yeah, I think he is pretty cute too. Maybe not after Sunday though, LOL. I have seen pictures of him with really short hair, and it is not a very flattering look for him. Plus I adore long hair, but this is a good cause, so I will get over it.
