once in a while, my kids poop is green.. for the past couple of days it's been like that.. like an olive, avocado green.. doesn't smell any different or any stronger than usual.. i seem to remember someone (a nurse or a doctor) telling me that was a sign of something bad.. is it? any other kids making funny colored poop?? (i know that pale stools are a sign of liver disfunction, right??)

7 yr old boy, 3 yr old girl.. this hasn't happened in a few months.. but it's happened before (my son's poop, since he was weaned off the breast at 1 1/2 years, has actually always been colorful

I wouldn't worry about it, more then likely just something they ate or a virus shedding itself!
