Hi,
DS is 2 years old and all of a sudden his poop color is a rich dark green color. Nothing in his diet has changed other than now he drinks some cow's milk. He is still breastfed, but up to this point he never used to drink cow's milk. He still doesn't drink enough that it could make such a drastic color change. Nothing else in his diet has changed. He eats mostly grains with flax and some peas and corn. No spinach or other rich leafy greens that I can think of! He is also a vegetarian. He eats lots of multigrain pastas, WW couscous, quinoa, different grains with different sauces and lots of fruit.
Could it be a milk allergy? no other symptoms that I can see.

Thanks.
