Hi All!
:

I have been drinking a LOT of Green
lately to aid in ttc.
I am concerned about the caffeine intake. Any suggestions on what to switch off with in terms of teas? Also does anyone have any suggestions for me in respect to supplements? I am currently taking:

Multivitamin
1600 m folic acid
1 B Complex
1 Fish Oil
1 Vitamin D
1 Magnesium and Calcium

Tons of Green Tea and veggies.. I'm trying to add fruits but am ho-hum on them.

I would not be concerned with the green tea's caffeine unless you are drinking like 10 tea bags a day. I think the rule is to keep it under 250 mg and since each tea bag has about 30 mg, I think three or four cups is perfectly fine.
You can try Rasberry Leaf Tea as well as it helps tone the uterus and has no caffeine.

Thank You!!!

I am going to try the Rasberry to break it up a little.

I do grapefruit juice- just not regularly. Yes, I've read the same.

Anyone have any ideas about supplements? Is B-complex enough of B or do i need a B-6 also?
