Hello Friendly People!

My name is Sandra and I registered a few days ago. I live in Arizona
with my DH, DS (Jack - born 7/13/03) and our two Australian Shepards, Sammi & Seamus.

Motherhood is a fascintating journey for me. I'm so happy to find all of you and to have such a wealth of info & experience at my fingertips.

It wasn't until right before I had my baby that I found that being kind to your child had a name (AP). And now I find Mothering Mag and all of you at MDC! Hooray!!!! I feel like I've found a treasure.

Hugs, hugs, hugs!!!

Thank you so much for saying hello. I know there are lots of newbies everyday, so it was nice of you to take the time to welcome me!

cat_astrophe: Yes, our sons are the same age (give or take the week). They are just starting to get really fun at this time - all the smiles and cooing. What did I used to do to get through my day without one of those big gummy grins???
If you ever need to chit chat about this or that feel free to drop me a line. Sometimes it's nice to compare notes with someone with the same age & sex baby!

Missgrl: Aussies ROCK! I love my dogs -- I'm crazy about them! You really have to sign on for the whole "Aussie Trip" when you get one of these dogs, because they are so ...well...unique! I'm sorry for your loss and I can only imagine how much you miss your puppy
. I love these guys so much that I remind myself every now and again to cherish them because I know their time with me is relatively short. I have a red tri male 2.5 yr and a black tri female 3 yr. They're half brother and sister. I'm actually addicted to these two little beings. They are my constant companions and a source of unending joy (and laughter from their constant knuckle head antics!) Life is so much more fun with an Aussie!

Gemini: I love it here already! I have never been involved in any other board, but you folks just draw me in. I could get lost for hours just reading and learning from all the posts - never mind writing any! Thanks for the hello.
