Good God, I don't remember my other ones being like this. DH says he does, but, what does he know? I seem to be sick every day, all day, just wanting to curl up and die. But, I've got little ones who are just dying to have mama do stuff like jump and run and play (as well they should ! It's their perogative!). Mama, however, has no desire to play. I just want to barf.

Any suggestions? I know I've been thru all this before, but it always seems like the first time all over again....

i have read that B-Vitamins can help quell the nausea. i am taking mine in liquid form, it's got more than 100% of all of them and a megadose of B-12. i take it first thing when i wake up. i had such bad nausea last time that i am willing to try anything this time.
now, i'm only 6 weeks and my pukey feelings didn't start until 9 weeks last time, so i don't know if this is helping or not, but it can't hurt. i figure i'm using a lot of Bs up anyway with being a nursing/pregnant woman with a lot of stress.

Oh, gads, tell me about it. I, too, am still nursing and I am hungry 24/7....I crave things like pizza and unhealthy food. I'm tellin' ya, pizza is the only thing that I haven't barfed....thank God. Its also mostly salty things, so thanks for the B-vit. info...Hope you're feeling peachy keen!!!!

I have so been there. I just ate whatever I could keep down first trimester and when I started feeling better I started craving healthier things. Pizza was one of my favorites early in this pg as well.

Good luck and keep us updated!

Aieee.. I just can't wait to tell my OB that I've been pigging out on pizza all pg when I go to see him.... He'll look at me, smile and say . Sigh, if only men could get pg....then I wouldn't have to tell him how crappy I feel. He should know, he's been there all the other pgs..... He knows I hurl most of the first second and third trimester, the little stinker....

I feel for you, I really do. I had ms for 8 months with my first, 6 1/2 with my second and luckily only for about 2 with this one. My doctor had to give me zofran to take because nothing was working and I was horribly sick. I had to be hospitalized 5 times with my first because of dehydration, only once with my second. I don't know if you are wanting to take any meds for this, but the zofran worked like a charm and i was able to function (and take care of the kids again) Good luck, I hope you start to feel better soon.
