With ds. With dh. Hell, with the dog.

I don't know why....maybe it's the heat. I've been out with ds all day, and now I'm home, and dh is at a baseball game and won't be home until LATE, so I'm flying solo right now. I took ds outside to play, and he promptly stepped in dog poop (dog has been trained to not poop in back yard, she snuck one out anyway I see....: ). :puke He won't stay outside unless he can feed the dog biscuits endlessly, and my dog is a puker, so I have to repeatedly tell him no as he asks me over and over and over and over again. He's been whiney and cranky and just...ugh. It's hot, it's humid, and I just about puked when ds walked up to me with dog crap on his shoe. Mosquitoes are treating me like a buffet bar. I have zero patience left. I am cranky. I am tired. I am tired of ds whining and asking me for stupid dog treats all the time. I am mad at the dog for crapping in the back yard and mad at myself for not catching it and scooping it before ds could step in it. I am mad at dh for being at a baseball game tonight even though he's been planning it for a month and I was totally fine with him going. I am just GROUCHY. I'm short and snappy with ds, which doesn't help his whining I'm sure. Ugh. I really hate myself right now.

:

If it makes you feel better I have more than my share of days like that!

I find that escaping to a hot/cool (depending on the season) shower helps.

I hope you wake up feeling better!!!!
